My own auto dealership recommended this Midas location in Novi, Michigan for a new muffler, indicating it would definitely be less expensive and likely take less time to install! They were 110% correct. Everything about this experience from start to finish was excellent. TJ, was so personable and patient, yet professional and efficient. He explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand.

The intake person was very nice and efficient. She explained everything and advised if I wanted to go out to shops nearby, she would call when car was ready. It appears they checked many car functions and told me all was well and sent me on my way.

Came in early on a Saturday. We're very busy. Needed new brakes. Manager "Alex" said he could squeeze me in. Kept me informed about inspection, price and time of service. Both front desk personnel were very friendly to all who came in that day. Even mechanics and techs that came in lobby were friendly. Satisfied with the overall experience. Will be back for future mechanical problems and oil changes.
