The 2 service agents were friendly and helpful. They gave each customer their 7ndivided attention. Upon arrival, I was immediately asked if I would like coffee,hot chocolate. I always felt like my car was in good hands.

This is my first visit at the shop. Bill was professional with the courtesy check with me. He explained what he had found. I went ahead and had the repairs done seeing that they cared about my vehicle. Highly recommend this Midas location.

The technician Manny was very informative, friendly, and helpful in keeping our costs down and getting our vehicle serviced timely. He took a lot of extra care to make sure our needs were met.

I had an Exhaust Pipe Heat Shield that was hanging from underneath the bottom of my car and Midas service technician secured it for me in as little as 20 minutes after I came in for service. They checked everything else out also which turned out to be ok.

Bill the Shop Manager was very professional. He was able to get my muffler replaced the same day as my appointment. He also went through the courtesy vehicle inspection checklist with me to advise some areas that need some attention soon.

I am highly satisfied because the manager here is super friendly and amazing. He explained everything and made my experience very easy and assuring. I had to go to Michigan for a doctors appointment, and my brake pads wore out, they got me in and out in about an hour, and had me on my way! I am so thankful for them, I most likely would’ve been stranded without them fixing my car at the last minute!

My exhaust system came apart and needed the catalytic converter replaced. The work was prompt and Bill found the best price for an older vehicle. Even gave me a discount from the price he quoted. Definitely would recommend this shop.

Cadillac converter was stolen out of my car this last night. Called Midas in Novi Mi this morning. They had me come right over. They took me back to work and picked me up when it was done. Really friendly folks...Thanks Bill and Olivia!!
