Upon scheduling my appointment, I must have misheard the gentleman I was speaking with on the phone, I thought I had scheduled the appointment for the same day at 2. When I arrived at the location I was informed that my appointment was set for 2 the next day. The man helping me took a quick look in the shop and told me he could make the exception and get me in right then, which was highly appreciated on my end.

Worked with Bob o solve very soft brake condition. Found both rear calipers were frozen, forcing both rotors and pads to be changed. One caliper broke during installation which MIdas replaced for free.
