Staff was courteous and thorough with explanations of work being done and results of their investigative inspections. I didn't drink it, but coffee in the waiting area was a nice touch.

The service was outstanding and very timely. The technicians were very understanding, listened and ensured my truck was up and running properly.

I am the regional manager for a security company but for our vehicles in the Newport area, I always send my cars to Midas and always have a fantastic experience. Being located remotely sometimes makes for a challenge in communication but Midass always does a fantastic job.
