I was having a slow leak in my tire and suspected it had a nail in it. Midas was recommended so I stopped at their location, which is close to my home. Service on the tire was completed quickly and professionally. To my surprise, there was no charge for removing the nail and plugging the hole. Thank you for your excellent service!

On Sat. 1/20 it was 10 degrees with a bone chilling wind factor. I had a flat (not near the Newport location) and waited for 2 hours for AAA to change the tire. So, needless to say I was annoyed. While waiting I called 5 different tire stores and this store was the only one that could get me a tire on Monday. On Saturday (late afternoon) I went to the store so they could check out the flat and my other tires. Decided to get 2 tires. It was so cold, I felt bad for the manager who was looking at my tires. They were ordered, I received a call on Monday morning asking when I could come in. My appt. was for 12:30 and I was done at 2:30. I was able to work on my laptop during the service which was helpful.
