On Sat. 1/20 it was 10 degrees with a bone chilling wind factor. I had a flat (not near the Newport location) and waited for 2 hours for AAA to change the tire. So, needless to say I was annoyed. While waiting I called 5 different tire stores and this store was the only one that could get me a tire on Monday. On Saturday (late afternoon) I went to the store so they could check out the flat and my other tires. Decided to get 2 tires. It was so cold, I felt bad for the manager who was looking at my tires. They were ordered, I received a call on Monday morning asking when I could come in. My appt. was for 12:30 and I was done at 2:30. I was able to work on my laptop during the service which was helpful.

The mechanics explained thoroughly the work that needed to be done on my car and why the work needed to be completed. I don't know much about cars but they didn't talk down to me and were very helpful.

Very happy with the overall service and speed of repair. Had a new set of tires installed and a new complete muffler from the cat. to the back. It was done very quickly and well and the staff was pleasant to deal with.

Brian took care of my car as I explained the situation to him. It was truly a real emergency.
