The work was performed quickly and expertly. The staff always treats me with courtesy and respoect. Even tho I freely admit that I know nothing about my car except how to put gas and wiper fluid in it, I never feel taken advantage of - I trust them completely with all aspects of my car's maintenance.

They are very good at what they do. They will tell you the problem before they fix it.

How quick and efficient the team was

Made an appointment for 2 they were behind schedule but was out by 3. Very friendly and professional staff

They were super friendly explain everything and the prices are the same as any other shop but the inside waiting room is very clean and the bathrooms very clean loved the outside gazebo was a beautiful day today thank you I appreciate what you do.

I had an appointment for 12:00 and my car was not brought into the shop until 12:40. Although I was there for over two hours for a NY state inspection, they were thorough and passed my car. I will return yearly.

Check in and service experience was efficient and quick. Communication of findings of inspection items is a high value activity. The only suggestion to make it better is estimating cost to resolve issues found as part of inspection.
