Service was great

I had new rear shocks installed on my 2013 honda civic and a New York State inspection done. The service and pricing was excellent! John had my vehicle serviced within an hour!He saved me a great deal of money without sacrificing great service and parts!!

Everyone was really friendly. From scheduling the appointment, to checking in, waiting for my car, checking out and having things explained to me, everyone was friendly and informative.

Had to work but brakes needed to be done. Dropped it off. They brought me to work and picked me back up. They were in communication about my car and what it needed through the day. Felt comfortable with leaving my car with them.

I came to you people mainly because of one of your mechanics. One of my lifelong best friends passed last fall. He was a mechanic since the late sixties. I had been bringing my families' vehicles to him since then, which included my wife's, my daughters', my sisters whole family of 6 vehicles, my parents two vehicles and many friends' vehicles as well. I could never trust anyone else, because he hired two other buddies that were just as good for the last 25 years! After he passed, the youngest of the two others also passed 2 weeks later. Both were from Covid. The 3rd mechanic could not keep the shop running by himself and ended up retiring. The only other person that popped into discussion was Ian Pratt that works @ your Midas shop!! So here I am on bent knee having him do all of our work!! Don't ever let him go! He is one of your best assets!!!!!!

Employees were friendly, honest, and communicative at every step of the process. I did not feel like they were an establishment that was trying to get the most out of my money. Prices were fair & the service on my car was more than satisfactory. I really enjoyed their app that texted me my cars inspection, showing me the actual parts of the car that needed work.

Everything was great. They always take care of me.

The gentleman at the desk (Tim) is very friendly and explains things to me. I like that they call me by my first name. The techs are also very nice and seem to keep busy all the time. I've been coming to Midas for years and feel very comfortable here.
