The Midas team DOES IT AGAIN! My girlfriend took in car in for a 45k mile Audi check-in as she as a state inspection next month. Tim looked up the procedure, things to do, and talked it over with her. Turns our other than just rotating tires, nothing else needed to be done with the car; we just had the oil changed a month ago. The service was again EXTRAORDINARY, from Tim/Tom at the desk, to the technicians who looked over the car. Each time we go to the Queensbury Midas, we leave better off and with a smile on our faces. On line scheduling was easy and service was completed on time. I had a problem develop with my second vehicle while the first one was being serviced and they helped me by doing a diagnosis on it even though I didn’t have it scheduled.

Great friendly quick service

The service guys went above and beyond reviewing my vehicle and going over the issues we thought we were having and reassured us there was nothing wrong and then went over what the believed to be the cause of the sound and issue we described.

They got me in for service in less than a days notice, everyone very pleasant, gave suggestions and I was on my way. Been going to midas for years and never have any complaints.
