The staff is always professional yet friendly. They've never made me feel like someone's wife dropping off her husband's car. If there are additional services they feel necessary, they always explain thoroughly and make sure I'm ok with them performing them. Prices are competetive and I know the job will be well done at a price I can afford. In the many years I've been taking my cars to this Midas, I am always satisfied with the service and with the way they treat me - with respect.

This shop is the best. Tom and Tim were great! Brought in my daughters car for service as there was a strong smell of gas (late in the day no less). She was home from school and had limited time. Found out that the gas lines were bad. Instead of having us

All though I was given a ride home, it took Midas all day to fix my car. I didn't get the car back until after 5pm.

Honest service technicians are a commodity in the car buisness. Glad to see 2 of my favorite Monroe employees switched teams. Keep it honest and you'll have plenty of repeat business. Nice upgrade Midas.

Tom is a great service advisor. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend him. The new waiting area is very attractive but extremely unpleasant in that you freeze in the winter and boil in the summer. I feel bad for the employees who have to be at their terminals at a job where they can't move around a lot yet work in those temps. Someone needs to assess the HVAC system. Otherwise I have always liked going for service work at this location.

Great friendly quick service

I dropped my car off the night before and received a phone call next morning stating the issues. Car was ready a few hours later. Everything was explained in detail to me.

They got me in for service in less than a days notice, everyone very pleasant, gave suggestions and I was on my way. Been going to midas for years and never have any complaints.
