I was experiencing muffler noise from my Ford e150 passenger van & decided to give Midas a call in hopes they could take a look & give me a diagnosis. Tom, who was super helpful & friendly - both on the phone & in person - said to bring the van in that morning. I was surprised I was able to get in that quickly. Once arriving at my scheduled time, my van was taken in & evaluated. Tom relayed to me what the issue was & that it could be repaired relatively easily. I thanked him for his honesty & eagerly asked when the repair could be performed. Tom said, 'right now'. I was shocked, thinking 'really? now? I won't have to schedule an appointment for the repair?' My van was repaired & ready for me in about half an hour from my arrival. I am 100% satisfied & would highly recommend the Queensbury, NY Midas to anyone needing repair work on their vehicle.
