Owner started conversation rushed and rude.Component replacement was sub - par workmanship ( leaking at new connection). Damaged existing heat shield that was not to be replaced ( Body mounted) and disposed of needed heat shield without mention ( Exhaust mounted) After mentioning above items owner became defensive, combative and extremely rude. Left without resolution before losing my temper. Corrected all mentioned myself. Will NEVER visit again for any reason!!!

My 19 year old daughter came in for a oil change at the colerain Ave location an they tried to get her to buy new tires said they were cracking an dry rotted in truth her tires only had about 7000miles on them an we're put on 14 months ago your Tech's an s

Went in to get my muffler checked out. Front desk worker was rude and pushy. He successfully turned me away from doing business at this shop...and I needed a muffler. I'm a pretty patient person. Maybe he was having a bad day? I'm not sure. Maybe they do g
