Amazing customer service

Mechanics are great there. However, there was a new customer service person who was not very friendly and was untrained in my belief. He was kind of angry that I was trying to talk to the mechanics without going through him first. I tried to explain to him that I become to minus for over 7 years and this is normal for me to talk to the mechanics. But he didn't understand that I needed to speak to him first. He eventually apologized after speaking to the manager about the situation. However, he made me feel very small and undervalued for a simple little question I had about my vehicle.

Charges more then the dealer / had to go back as they didn?t reset my oil change light ?

Excellent service and customer service received from all staff members at Midas Cumming Georgia. I have been a Midas customer since 2017 and received always excellent customer service.

Dustin Colwell and his buddies thought they could gangpress me into paying $500 for my brakes by lying to me.
