The guys were great at Midas. They were able to get me in quick and provided excellent service. They were very friendly and called me to explain everything they found. I will only take my car to them from now on!

All the employees there, whether Jeff or Alex or a mechanic walking through the write-up/waiting area are friendly and low key. As a result, the waiting room is low stress place. I observed walk-in customers, being treated with patience and with optimism. That promoted a very good vibe inside the store, and with each customer.

My son came home from college for the holiday weekend and tells me (his father) that his car makes a noise when he applies the brakes. I took into Midas at 8am and Jeff was able to arrange to have the vehicle looked at even though we didnt have an appointment. Jeff called me and explained what they found and gave me options on how to resolve the issue. This level of service was great in my opinion!
