I was highly satisfied with my Midas experience because the time it took for them to complete the job was faster than I expected and was communicated very clearly when I brought my car. There was also little paperwork and additional hurdles that needed to be crossed. The only issue that I experienced was that the price of the oil change was not communicated when I was setting up the appointment nor when I brought my car. I was only made aware of the price once it was done and it was time to pay.

First time at Midas for an unexpected flat tire. Experience was great, manager explained why they couldn’t only replace the one flat tire, and gave me a great price to replace all four. Great communication and service was quick and exceptional!

My daughter just got her first car and I took it over to put wheel covers on.....they did it at no charge! Very nice of them to help a young person out.
