"Waited 2.5 hours after making appointment and being given 1 hour estimate. TPMS light on and burning smell from engine after leaving, neither present before work was done. Unlikely to return despite friendly service at front desk."

The appointment was surprisingly easy to schedule for the next morning. Jeff immediately understood my concern about mixed messages from different mechanics. He told me he’d check everything about the sway bar links and alignment and coolant levels before doing anything. He showed me the damaged sway bar link and proved that it needed replacing. He showed me the printout of the alignment check both before and after.

"The only thing this manager deserves is a 0 star, but that isn't an option. Jeff Forney has been scamming people in other areas for more than a decade, and I fear for anyone who trusts him with their car. Steer clear of this guy if at all possible."

They did the job within the expected time

"They actually scammed me, went there for an oil change and they didn?t replace the oil. My main mechanic and friend notified me of this, thankfully I asked him to check it out after I realized something wasn?t quite right."

The staff, technicians, mechanics are great. Honest, reliable, quick.

My tire servicing was promptly carried out, and the cost was covered as I bought the tire at this location in March 2022.

"Great service until the front desk guy ""Chris"" slammed my hood on to my hood prop and did not fasten it correctly. Causing it to jar loose and within a couple days short out my battery and cause some issues. All was well to reimburse me for towing, and so"

This shop is very honest, and they do good work. Communication and explanations are very good.

Bit expensive but that’s not their fault. They’re always nice to me and I go for most of my services. Wish they were open on weekends

They took me in without an appointment, extremely important to me. Explained to me in detail what they were doing.

I have had excellent experiences with the employees at the Ithaca Midas during every visit in the past 6 years. I value and trust the expert advice of the technicians, mechanics, and front desk staff. They work hard, and they are friendly and honest. I have had both big and small jobs completed in a timely, professional manner.

They lied to customers for changing well functioning parts in the cars in order to sell their expensive spare parts and poor service. Never trust the guys in Midas!!!

Jeff and Chris and the crew at the Ithaca Midas are top notch! I have been bringing all of our vehicles to them for years. They are honest and trustworthy. I have recommended many family and friends to them as well.
