I went in for an oil change which was done but they also checked my car for why it would not pass inspection. I got a detailed explanation on paper so I can take it to my dealer. They r so friendly and always a lot of help

The guys at this Midas have always been nice, worked with me, and tried to be reasonable, and making good if they made a mistake. I take my car there for the basic maintenance stuff

I like using the Ithaca Midas shop. Their work is good at a good price. They also have online coupons to use. Most of all I have trust in them. Which is hard to find these days.

After transactions with another area shop that left me feeling ripped off, made an appointment at this Midas location and now they have my business permanently. They are remarkably efficient, clear, and professional in their work and customer service every time I visit. From diagnosing a problem free of charge (and without an appointment) a couple of months ago to today's AC repair visit (which cost me dramatically less than I was quoted at that other place since the repair actually needed was not as extensive), highly recommended!

I?ve been using this midas location for almost 10 years and have never been disappointed. I trust them which says a lot. They are always kind and respectful. Willing to go out of their way to help you.

We had a trip planned but found out in the morning that we had a loud muffler. Midas was the only shop able to get us in so we could still take our trip

I was extremely surprised by how quickly my vehicle was checked and my oil replaced. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer my questions and ease my concerns about my vehicle. I knew my car was in good hands!

They got it done in under 30 minutes AND they fixed my windshield wipers (washer-fluid hose came loose) without me even asking. I was very pleased, will be going there for my next service.
