Limped in w/flat tire. Service rep friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Car was on hoist within 10 minutes of my arrival. Inspection was done, service rep informed and showed me unrepairable tire. I was not charged for the inspection. Since tire was under warranty at competitor I chose to get car back to them for free replacement. Extremely satisfied with professionalism of customer service rep and the service provided.
