I went to the dealership before I came to Midas and they cannot find anything wrong. Came to Midas and they couldn’t find anything wrong at first, but studied a little longer and figured it out. I am so grateful to have figured out what was wrong with my vehicle and the time that was taken to figure it out. There was great communication throughout my visit there and while I waited, great service very satisfied

Got my oil changed and tires rotated. The service was great and the employees were on point and nice.

Fixed my ac and didn’t ’t automatically assume it was installation error since we installed our whole system at home, when the first time they tried charging it didn’t work. Had me come back to try again the next day to try again before we tried chasing problems. The second time the system charged fine and no additional work was needed. We could have been chasing more and more expenses “fixes” until I just decided to go without, if they wouldn’t have kept an open mind to it having been either a charging equipment or user error. That was fabulous!

With Michael in the front and the rest of the team in the back these guys are the best......
