"I had an appointment for an inspection, but I had a leak in my apartment that made it so I had to schedule for an hour later. When I got there they were extremely busy. They were very nice about it, but they got me in sooner than they thought. Quick and easy- and all the customers that were there were treated well, given courteous service and the whole shop was very focused on customer service. Very impressive. Everyone was personable and helpful."

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and very thorough. The were very accommodating, especially considering I did not have a reservation. I’ve used this location several times. I have a leased vehicle and have a hard time getting into the service center at my dealer. But this place and the manager have been great and I never worry about if I can trust their opinion. I never feel like I’m paying for things I don’t need and I never feel like I’m being overly sold on things.
