Fast, friendly. In and out!

It has been a long time since I've been to any Midas. I was met with a friendly welcome at both stores and speedy service. If there was anything extra they were sure to let me know and offer plans to repair. All the other shops in the area are weeks out for an appointment Midas took me in and got me back on the road EVERY TIME!!!

I have been taking my car to Midas for many years, and the reason I have been doing so is the customer service. The store manager Missy Pickett is exceptional. She is friendly and knows me by name and always adresses me so. If I ever encounter a problem, she explains it in detail that I understand. I am very intimidated with anything car related, and Missy always makes me feel at ease. I only hope all of your Midas stores has a Missy. She is truly a gem.

WOW. Great customer service. We were in Lansing from out of town for a Dr. appt when we had a cooling system leak. Pulled into the Midas parking lot with smoke pouring out from under the hood. The crew at Lansing Midas got on it right away and had us fix

My grand-daughter broke the exhaust system. Took to our regular garage. They wanted 4000 dollars to repair the car. Called Midas, took it in. They looked at it. Said they can repair it for 660 dollars. Didn't have the money. They let me do payments. Love the honesty of the techs and manager of the shop. Will be taking my busness to Midas from now on.

We were passing through the Lansing area when our muffler/catalytic converter blew. Our car started sounding like a crop duster plane. I googled mufflers and found Midas. We got there and they got it in right away. They even lent us a umbrella to walk down
