The workers at Midas are very friendly and do a wonderful job. Its a nice place to take your car too.

Wonderful location, wonderful workers, Mark and his team has always taken care of all my car needs big and small. I would not go any where else. The Okemos location I would highly recommend to anyone needing car services.

I had an appointment for an oil change and they were still half an hour late to bring car in and took an hour and half. There was 2 customers in waiting room both just having an estimate done and said they have been there over an hour. I ended being there

Great job. Scheduled brake work the day before. Dropped off car - got an accurate estimate of cost and the time to complete the work. At check out, was mistakenly charged without my military discount. Manager fixed the situation and without any fanfare fixed the billing error with an appropriate credit. Great job Okemos Midas.

short waiting time. i was little upset because technician did check mark customer refused other check e.g. fluid level, ..etc, while he did not even ask me. otherwise oil change was fine

Quick service. Mechanic explained issues and showed us why the repairs needed to be done. All the parts were in and we got a car back in hours.

This is the third time I have been to this location and the staff is awesome. I have done only oil changes the last two times but the first was having some issues addressed and it was handled well. I like the diagnosis done on an oil change so I know issues before they become an issue.

No detailed enough. They are supposed to do tire rotation with coupon but they didnt do it.
