I appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Extra services like tire rotation not offered at Valvoline, etc. At 1st was frustrated to hear that the Black Friday coupon was not valid because "it was sent by corporate and franchises don't have to honor the coupons sent by corporate". I was offered the same amount off with a different coupon.

Everything was very straightforward and easy to comprehend. The scheduling was pretty easy, and so was the drop off/pick up process. The employees were friendly and helpful as well.

Had an appointment and they got the car in on time and serviced quickly. Had low tire pressure warning 2 miles before I got there and they took care of it and made sure the warnings light was reset.

They were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Efficient and courteous.

I have 2 vehicles that have been serviced by Midas since 2013 for one and 2015 with the 2nd. Midas employees have always been cooperative, helpful and straightforward. I plan to continue taking these vehicles to Midas or others when I purchase them in the future.

Recently I had issues with my car battery. Midas replaced it on emergency basis. My son took the car in and we were confident that they would take care of him. Joe and his employees do a great job. The shop is also getting an u grade which is nice
