Robert the Manager worked me in as i had not made an appointment. He ordered the parts i needed for repairs to be done and upon arrival on that same day they installed them on my vehicle. All problems were solved. Thank You

I have been going to the Okemos Midas, for all of my vehicle service needs, for a few years now. I usually deal with Mark or Austin, who both are very courteous and professional. They always explain, in great detail, the work that is to be done or recommended. I will continue to use this business for all of my vehicle needs.

Had a great experience at Midas. Austin Fajnor was very helpful and engaging during the long wait and the tech Hunter did a wonderful job. So glad I was able to get all the information from them and know what else needs to be worked on for my car. They did an excellent job with my oil change and resetting the service/maintenance signals.
