David was very accommodating, when I had scheduled an appointment but then got sick, he very kindly rescheduled.

The office manager was polite and knowledgeable. Wonderful customer service and work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend using Midas on 28th street in Grand Rapids. 5 star rating.

I had them look at my exhaust and they were able to get me in quick and nick and the guy at the counter (forgot his name) where very helpful explaining what needed to be replaced and got it done within an hour. I would highly recommend and will be bringing

They're one of the only places I could find where I could drop off my car Friday afternoon and get it back by Saturday morning. They did a great job and I was really glad to be able to take my car in even with my work schedule.
