Did what they said they would do in a timely manor

I had to get brakes and rotors done as well as an oil change, so the servicer helped me with getting discounts on the pads and oil, which helped the cost. And he removed the brake inspection fee. It was still a bit expensive, but I'm glad Seth was friendly and helpful.

Midas got me in and out in great time it was a very good experience

I have a fleet of rental cars that I bring here for a couple years. The service is always best at this location versus other locations I experienced.

It was a extrem cold weather event in Detroit Metro area, and my car battery was dead of power. Midas was the only one who could service my vehicle. Being single, and no other way to get to work the next day. So, Midas came through for me. I was happy it was just getting a new battery. With no way home, and living just 1/4 mile from Midas shop I was taken home, and picked up when vehicle was ready the same day. Midas really came through for me. Now that is the "Midas golden touch". Thank you Midas!

We have a 70 in stretch limousine. They are the only place in the area that has an alignment hoist long enough to do the alignment. They always do a phenomenal job.

Dropped my car off at 3:00pm. Midas called me at 3:30pm to let me know the issue. Work was completed by 5:00pm. Extremely fast turnaround!
