This was my first time coming to this location. Had a really pleasant experience. Dylan was so awesome. The waiting area was very clean. Staff was very professional and courteous. Was not a long wait for my oil change. Most definitely will be a returning

When you arrive they get your vehicle in, but they’re always do that assessment and Chris relates exactly what is needed timeframe. It should be completed by and of course the cost.

Wonderful excellent service always I'm pretty sure everyone that works in the shop are wonderful but I can say that Mike and Devin are absolutely superior Mike has treated me very well every time I have brought my car to the shop so if you need so service done on your vehicle Midas on snow road is the place to take it very honest business..

I have been going to midas for many years. Service is always exceptional. They always get me in and complete the work the same day. All of the associates are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The prices are very good compared to many auto repair services and I trust them. They do not push you into getting more than you ask for they tell you what other things they found and are honest as to if it needs done asap or can wait for 3-6 months or longer. I have never had an issue with any work they have done. Only negative is they are always very busy so sometimes you have to wait a while if you are staying while they complete the job. They do let you know in advance how an estimate of how long it will take. Very happy with midas.

Chris took care of my situation right away. He was able to save the tire. Could have easily sold me a new tire that I didn't need.
