"My appointment was for 4pm, I was told my car would get in at 4:15pm and that it would take approximately an hour. I didn't get my car until almost 6pm. Unacceptable time for a simple oil change!!"

I wish I could remember everyone's name, but Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I took my car to another shop previously, charged $1500 and still didn't fix the problem. Midas, took 25 minutes and found it quickly. My first stop will always be Midas for any future car needs! They looked out for me and took care of me like family. I can't say enough, because I though customer service like this didn't exist anymore.

The guy was not bothered about the vechile. His main motto was money. Never ever visit again

I went in for a regular routine oil change and was told I had bolts loose for a repair done more than 6 months ago when the car had been in for service since then with no issues. I was never asked what oil change I wanted and the highest oil change was done with any questions as to what I the customer wanted done to my vehicle

The Service Manager and Assistant Manager are focused, friendly, and considerate. I have been a customer for seven years and will continue because no matter the issue with the vehicle they call to inform you of the problem and list options for your consideration. Then once you make a decision they always detail the pricing and advise you to do this first and safety is paramount. They are the best for serving both my vehicles.

They had two cars they were working on and only were working on one of them and most of the time they were sitting not working. So my appointment was at 1pm so I got there at 5 mins early at 12:55pm so then because they were being lazy I didn?t leave till

After waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment time for an oil change my vehicle was taken back only to be told the dipstick was seized and I was out of luck and they couldn't perform the oil change. I mean really? I thought they had mechanics

Everything was as good or better than expected. No bad surprises. The manager stayed to help get me checked out even though he needed to pick his children up at the hospital.

The staff was kind and remembered that I am a repeat customer. They took care of my car while I was at work.

Didn?t tell me it cost 70 dollars to do a check engine test. Which other places do for free. Upon receiving the bill I was shocked. 70 dollars for plugging in a reader is ridiculous. Avoid Midas and there over priced shady stores.
