Got new brakes and rotors. They were honest about the estimate and got the job done within an hour and a half. Very nice people.

I got my car inspected here and needed new tires. They filled the tires to 60 PSI. This is almost double the maximum pressure. My car was also not aligned which led the tires to wear out in less than a year. No customer service was provided and I was told

Do NOT take your vehicle to this shop. The customer service and mechanics are terrible! After 2 visits and $2500, my car was still not fixed. One of the parts they used was defective, and they REFUSED to resolve the issue, treating me poorly along the way. Even though I still had the defective part for them to return to the manufacturer for replacement, they would not give me a refund for the faulty part they installed! Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!

I went to the Midas on Mcknight rd in Pittsburgh, with a leaking tire. They found a that the tire had been a pierced by a large piece of sharp metal .They fixed the damage and did not charge me a cent. The staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you!

I always take my car to Midas. As a female, I always feel I will be taken advantage of at repair shops. I don’t feel that way at Midas. I feel that the mechanics give me very clear information as to what is needed and what isn’t needed. I would recommend them to anyone who needed work done on their vehicle

Every year I go there for the inspection and they find something new to replace. They tend to pick sales guys as managers. The technicians on the floor are better people. I wont be going there again.

I’ve always had a good experience coming here to get my car serviced. Everyone is nothing less than friendly and honest and waiting on my car is quick and painless (thank you tv and coffee)

The front desk agent was amazing. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed discussing tattoos and cars with him. I received outstanding service. Additionally, they check everything for me to make sure my family is prepared for a long car ride. I truly appreciate the service I received.
