We have used Midas for many years. The workers are very professional and pleasant to deal with. It's nice knowing what to expect when you take your car in for work.

It took them over an hour to do the simple oil change. I arrived 5 mins prior to my scheduled appointment. A faster service would be much appreciated.

Arrived early for my appointment and they took my car right in. Also it was customer appreciation weekend and enjoyed some of the snacks they had out.

After doing all the things they have mentioned still I was feeling the same. I am totally not satisfied with the work from them. I actually did the same in another shop within a week. This is my own experience.

I was not very happy with the 4 hour wait time. It’s poor business for the customer to wait so long.

Mom had a appointment for state inspection and emissions. After an hour we were told that the car need new drum brakes. We asked how long it would take and we told an hour and a half. We have been here for 5 hours now. Nobody even care out to the waiting

I started going to Midas back when I a Volkswagen Jetta. They were 1 of 2 mechanics, aside from the dealerships own service department, willing to work on my Jetta. Not only that but they also didn't treat me like an idiot or overcharge me just because I'm a woman. Every employee I've met and talked to is friendly, informative, and very transparent about prices. For these Midas will always have my loyalty. I recommend them every chance I get.

I went in for the $17.76 deal which is oil change and tire rotation when they brought the truck out I ask did they rotate the tires and was told no because the better tires are on the front already this is not a front wheel drive vehicle this is a truck re

Had a 4pm appointment to get my oil change to get potential get 4 new tires put on. It?s almost 5pm and my vehicle is still not on the racks being worked on. They took someone else that came in after me. The guy started laughing and said what?s up. Not pro

Associate was very friendly and the service did not take long at all. They did exactly what was needed and didn't try to upsell me on any services.
