I went there for oil change; but the associates communicated with me other car issues. I knew there was something wrong but I could not figured out, so I let it go. The associate helped me in prevention of imminent road issues

I went to Midas with an appointment for an oil change and boy do they do a wonderful job from changing the oil to checking everything from brakes to battery to the balance of the tires. I was very impressed with the service and the price too.

The manager Matt from Youngstown. Did a fine job with scheduling and an appointment. Very good at small talk and has been excellent in the past as well dealing with an issue I had previously.

I trust Midas on McKnight Rd to take care of my car. They're smart, efficient, and very fair with pricing. They've never cheated me with pricing or talked down to me like other mechanics and auto body shops.

I have gone there many times before. The price is always reasonable and I like that I get the 7th oil change free. This time I was very pleased with a food drive promotion that they were running where they gave the oil change for free if you donated a certain amount of food. My only suggestion is they should have advertised the food drive better and increased the minimum donation to receive the oil change. The service manager was extremely friendly.

Good, need to cross check whether all services are done or not before taking out vehicle as wiper is not replaced initially but done after I asked

Went for a brake check and alignment check. Techs kept me informed and gave honest feedback. They don't make you feel pressured or do work that doesn't need to be done. Alignment check and realignment for under $100 is as good or better than any other shop in North hills of Pittsburgh
