Asked for synthetic blend, the sticker said conventional and when I got rung up it was for the conventional price. Had to correct them (I'm an honest person) and paid for the blend, and asked them if they really put it in, and I honestly don't know. He went out to ask but it felt like a matter of trust, and I don't trust mechanics at chains in general, so. Your guess is as good as mine. Sticker showed no mileage due for the next change either. Bizarre all around.

Service manager very helpful accommodating and helpful..I was a last minute walk in from Goodyear whos online site messed up my appointment...and they would not take walk in...but MIDAS took me in...Good for Midas...

Good price for oil change however....wait time is horrendous and not the friendliest staff.

Midas over charged me for tire rods and alignment. I found it cheaper some where else.

Service was fast. Work was done very well and right on the estimate. I have always had good experiences here.

Not very Customer friendly, They dont seem to care much about customer service, Mostly rude and unresponsive.Even after telling them multiple times a bulb light was on in the dash board, the technician could not see it, and there it was, still un-corrected at the time of delivery. Then when confronted the guy at delivery, he told me only dealer can fix this as it was a system problem. Eventually it was just a fused tail light bulb as per the dealer.

They were fast and very efficient. Price was also reasonable.

I took my vehicle in for the suspension test and you charged me too much for unnecessary work. My vehicle still has the same problem and I want my refund!
