Ease of setting up appointment and then being quickly checked in when I arrived for my appointment. Service check was completed quickly. Gentleman that checked me in was polite and professional.

I needed to have my car inspected, this was the only place that wasn’t booked until next week , the associate did say his inspector was busy I said I could wait!! I know they were busy and really wanted to have me make an appointment but they didn’t and before I knew it my car was ready!! Rick was courteous and knowledgeable and gave me some recommendations for the year to come!!! So the next time I need tires or another inspection I won’t think twice about where I’m going!!!

Midas has been my go to shop for awhile now across 3 cars. The team there is polite and honest and doesn't hesitate to answer my questions about my car issues or their suggested actions. Most recently they were able to fix a problem the dealer quite honestly didn't even try to fix.

Always professional, knowledgeable on repairs. Easy to make online apps or call in, techs clean and leave your vehicle as clean as they started. Rick the Mgr is very accommodating if you have to change times, and no pressure recommendations if additional work is needed. Overall outstanding !
