We have used Midas in Columbus Ohio but found that the town east of where we live was much more convenient, i.e., they answer the phone, are pleasant, can confirm appts, etc etc. This was our 2nd family vehicle that we brought in 2 months. The service was excellent, Kyle, the mgr, was most patient with all my questions, and he allowed a small discount card to be used, that I bought as a school fundraiser. I appreciate the small price break that the card allowed me. As a senior citizen, there are not many things discounted. Kyle was probably the most professional person I have dealt with REGARDING car care in the last 40 of my 60+ years. As a senior citizen, I appreciated his kindness, honesty and patience.

Was unable to make an apoointment online, was able to make one over the phone for the next day. Drop off and pickup was easy. Description of issues on my vehicle and repair needs were well communicated. Price was acceptable for the amount of work performed.

Everything was great

Had some brake work done early February. The whole work up. Back in today for some exhaust work as well as some issues with a noise. They've fixed me right up. Good coupons And excellent customer service. Daniel is the store manager and is amazing!

The whole experience was great…but, Joe was a blessing to deal with. He even brought me back to compare tires so I could make the best choice for me. He didn’t try to pressure me on anything. And when he discovered the brakes had been screwed up by another shop he alerted me because he overheard me and my wife talking about my road-trip and he wanted me to be safe. He gained a loyal customer.

I was able to go in and have my oil changed and they checked out several things for me. I had a list of what needed to be repaired and the price. It made me feel secure. Thanks.
