Easy to schedule an appointment, the issue is addressed right away, solution is proposed on the spot. Right away you know the approximate price. Work is finished before you know. Affordable prices (very important these days). Midas is where I go and where I recommend all my friends.

Setting up the appointment was easy. Told Shane what I needed. He was able to get me in on my very limited availability. Was transparent on why I needed four versus two I requested. Let me know why it is important to have to same tires. Even let me know to stop at any location to get the lug nuts checked. Thanks me for my business. I watched Shane interact with all the customers. He was so professional and shook everyone's hand and thanked them for their business. I haven't seen that customer service in a long time. Keep up the great customer service Shane.

Customer service was very good and staff was honest and communicated really well. Mechanics was respectful of my vehicle. Staff got my vehicle in really fast and finished my vehicle in a timely manner. Highly recommend them and plan on getting all service work done with them from now on
