Brought my car in for oil change. Took bout an hour. I was made aware of a my tire balance and I also needed a new air filter. Mechanic took care of this after my approval. Very good customer service!

The staff was pleasant. I sat and waited on my service and did some christmas shopping while there. Numerous customers came in and the staff was very specific and helpful with each one of them, even when they didn't speak fluent english and they had to use a translation tool.

Myself and my daughter were in yesterday 10/16 we had oil change appointments from 10/12. However we?re we?re there three and a half hours! Every one was nice but geez people have stuff to do??.
