Scheduling my appointment was very easy online. The location is easy to find. Though the man at the counter was on the phone, he was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was simple. The wait didn't feel very long at all. I believe I arrived around 9:30 am and my car was ready by 10:10 am. I will definitely return for my next oil change.
