My Buick Encore was in need of emergency service. A gentleman in the Meijer parking lock recommended Midas Auto Service just a 1/4 of a mile down the road from Meijer. It was at the end of the work day, Paul wrote up the repair order and I left for home. Not an hour later, Paul called to report on his findings. I was not available to take his called but did stop by the next morning to receive a full report on the needed repairs. Once the repairs began additional problems became apparent which I was kept abreast off. I do appreciate the thoroughness given to the service provided. I will definitely return to Midas for future service to my vehicle. Thank you

Brian explained what was going on with my vehicle and gave me options that made sense for me. He showed me what my vehicle looked like underneath which helped me understand the issues.

Worst experience they lost my information so never received a call when done had to have them redo because muffler hanging down low still not done right welding job looks like ****

Ive been get my cars serviced with Midas for years and have never been disappointed! They always explain my options in clear language and have never talked down to me or shown any disrespect because I am a woman.

So appreciate the honesty. These guys never make me feel like I'm being "taken" just because I'm a woman. Trust them to be upfront honest about what is truly needed.

Brian was the associate I interacted with during my visit. He was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, personable and clearly extremely hard working. The location was clearly very busy and he never once dropped the ball. I will absolutely be coming back to this Midas for my car needs in the future.
