I was very happy with the professionalism and caring attitude of everyone who works at the Auburn facility. At no time was I not in the loop as to what was required to fix my car.

Employees were knowledgeable, focused on getting the job done correctly, were quick, and went the extra step ( loaded the tires in the back of my truck for me).

Having been taking my car to Midas shop 301 Vine st. Happy with service. Johnathan went above -took care of oil change himself got me out quickly. Helped when I needed break job all the staff on point. Thanks much!!!

While not realizing until after I left, I showed up on wrong date and Mgr still worked me in and never mentioned my error. I was in and out for my inspection promptly.

I had 2 flat tires. When I brought in my car it was very busy. Mike let me know that it'd be about an hour before they got me in. About half hour later Mike and his team got my car in, checked both tires, patched a hole in one tire and filled the other tire back up. At checkout Mike explained that they do free flat tire repair, which was a very nice surprise. I've been going to Midas for the last 15 years and this is the exact reason why I continue to use their services.
