I brought my car for a NYS inspection. My car is a well maintained 2014 Jeep Compass. I was told by the manager that I needed tie rod replacement and a wheel alignment. The cost was roughly $500.00. I left Midas and went directly to another inspection

Easy quick service

Advertised below $20 oil change. I make an appointment on the day I bring it in they tell me that they only have a synthetic blend oil for my car for $50. NO WAY!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MIDAS AGAIN!!!!!!

The customer service area and restroom was very clean compared to other automotive places I've visited. The Associate who greeted me and checked me out was kind and courteous and explained everything well. I was very satisfied.

My truck did not pass because evap monitor was not read and was to come back in a few day and they would run it again but never was told me it was going to be another $11 to do it What can be done.it was my first time at this shop sence I lived in the area

Staff informative, professional. and easy to talk to about the repairs.

Went in for an inspection guy told me I needed new pads and rotators when they were all brand new around even took them off and inspected them and they still had 90% of the pad on all of them.

Mike and his guys are always very polite. I get my oil changed and inspections done here all the time. I have also had brakes dine and tires. Every time I go they always go over everything with me.

This Midas shop is my "go to place" whenever I need any type of service for my car. Michael Lormand (the Manager) is friendly and honest with any questions that I may have about my vehicle.
