Drove in was waited on right away. Took car in for an estimate then immediately scheduled appointment for next day. Only downfall like all other places no inventory had to order part to get job done. Wasn't a big deal I am retired. People were great and I felt honest.

Mike Lormand does it right !! He and his staff are knowledgeable and incredibly efficient !! They even helped my husband unload snow tires from his truck . They provide excellent customer service !!

The service manager, Mike, and the technicians were organized, clear, efficient, and friendly. I could not have been happier. They didn’t even change me for a slow leak tire repair.

Mike the manager and Clarence are always polite and courteous during check in and pick up . Very helpful on explaining the bill and any issues my vehicle might have . Will always bring my vehicles into Midas in Auburn!!!

Super friendly service. I went in for brakes and they found other issues along the way that would fail my upcoming inspection. They did not pressure me to do more than brakes but offered to complete the other tasks. Each task was broken down with individual prices for each and they explained the importance of each task. With the extra work it was still finished quickly

I went in without a appointment and did not have to wait long at all. The associate was very polite and friendly.

Wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone. The staff are a bunch of ********* and took advantage of a person who doesn?t speak English well. Charged you more than what you agreed on. I will not fix my car here ever again.
