I have been coming to this midas for over 20 years and have always had great service. The office team has changed and I miss Mike, but Manny and Sera were very nice and helpful.

Receptionist knew her job, clear at communication, friendly on phone and in person. She made me aware of the process on inspection and positive interaction with mechanics plus friendly first name basis with other clients.

Someone unsuccessfully tried to steal my catalytic converter. Left damaging saw marks and broke some hangers. I bandaged it up the best I could so I can bring it in to get repaired. Welded my converter up fixed broken hangers for a fair price. Very pleased

Same day service

Had a starting problem with my Saturn. The mechanics at Midas diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. Best mechanics in the area.

Called in the early morning having brake issues. They told me to bring it in immediately and they would take care of me. My vehicle was placed in a stall within 10 minutes and work immediately began. They came out and discussed my issues and I told them to go ahead and replace broken parts. Waited 3 hours from start to finish. I again was completely satisfied with the way I was treated with their service. I know that I have found my forever auto repair dealer. Thanks again to the assistant manager that took care of me that day. And of course, Manny was there with his input.

My friends recommended this Midas location. I was not disappointed. My car was fixed and ready for me the same day. Very friendly and polite.

Pleasant experience

I have always had great service at this Midas location in Livonia MI. I am fairly priced for work. (so says my husband who used to own his own shop but is no longer physically able to work on cars) Mike is the best service manager I know. This was a diffic

When I first arrived they told me it was a 2 hr wait. I left and I called in 2 hrs to see how long was the wait. Mannie told me to come in the next 30 minutes and he would take care of me. When I went in, it was still about a 30 minute wait, they said something went wrong with the car that they were working on. During the wait time they had drinks for us to get if we wanted. They told me that my car needed tires and gave me a quote for some. The customer service was really good. They were nice and explained things to customers to make them understand what was wrong with their car.

This Midas store has some of the best mechanics in town and once again the provided excellent service. Fixing the low tire sensor was a new service and their expertise showed. Keep up the good work.

I have been to this Midas store many times for exhaust work on my vehicles. I found myself at Midas this time because I had a nail in my tire and Belle Tire said I needed to make an appointment two weeks later. I walked out in disgust and drove to the Midas store and met Manny for the first time. My tire was repaired in no time and had a nice chat with Manny and a couple of other customers in the waiting are. I paid my bill and was on my way and happy I had such a great experience at your store. Thanks Bob.
