Great service. Took my car in at 4pm for a cracked exhaust pipe and they had my car ready by 6pm. I thought I would probably have to leave my car with them but they ordered the part and had it brought right over and completed the work same day.

Easy to schedule appointment. Got there early and they got my car in. Took me back to take a look at what needed to be done. Gave price estimate. Kept me informed. Got work done earlier than estimate. Just a pleasant visit from start to finish. Jeff was extremely friendly and professional. Did not try to force any work for other recommended things that they pointed out to me.

Timely appointments and polite staff

I was highly concerned about a squealing sound for over 4 weeks.Thought it was my brakes but not sure. Previously I took it to my usual mechanic who took my car for a drive and reported hearing no sound. I even mentioned that it could be brakes to which he replied " not so". Alex pointed out that I had leaks that could cause problems. Those leaks I paid to have resolved just two weeks ago for a hefty some. My disappointment was palpable. Alex had my brakes replaced and told me to go back to the previous mechanic and have them perform the work that should have been completed. He even included on the bill of sale what was leaking. I am now a new customer with Midas.

I was down to 1% on my oil gage and I called in the morning and they got me right in that day for a complete oil change! I like the fact that they rotate my tires too! I will always go to Midas.

A service associate are very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was explained to me very clearly, and in a timely manner. I felt comfortable there and will definitely go back for future oil changes or other work.

This location was showed me all the pictures taken during the inspection process, was clear about what was needed, honest about only the rear brakes needing to be done which the dealer had said both needed to be done during a visit 7 months ago. Additionally, when I asked about a separate topic mentioned by the dealer, the team made it clear they saw nothing like that and was willing to show me if needed. I will definitely be back. I feel this place was trustworthy and did not attempt to take advantage of me.
