I was thankful my brakes we finished that day but would have appreciated an undate throughout the day and an estimate before it was done.

The Manager called me after my review and asked me to bring my vehicle back in. He checked it himself and explained what the problems were. He apologized for my previous visit. He even corrected the mistakes. Tony is a great guy and made things right!
