Issues were communicated, with actual phone calls, since this was a dropoff. I had alot of work done and it was completed quickly.

After hearing a knocking noise i went to midas. Matt took the time to listen to noise then pulled my truck into shop and had one his technicians see where noise was coming from. Turns out it was my alternator. Made appt.got it replaced and back on the road

They worked me right in and took care of my repair timely at a fair price.
