Recently I have had noises coming from the rear of my vehicle getting louder and louder. I decided it needed looked at, and thankfully they got me in so soon because the wheel was close to coming off.

After hearing a knocking noise i went to midas. Matt took the time to listen to noise then pulled my truck into shop and had one his technicians see where noise was coming from. Turns out it was my alternator. Made appt.got it replaced and back on the road

Staff are great and Matt and Joe are up front about needs of the vehicle.

Service was Great. The Midas Staff in Carlisle PA have taken care of our family vehicles for years and as always provided us with excellent Customer Service.

My husband and I will only bring our cars to Matt for service. He is professional, friendly, and despite how busy the shop is he always gives us his personal attention.

Midas, who with each passing year, provides their service with utmost proficiency, profession & with haste, even when they are aware of their own constraints from the flooding of customers. I, myself, have found caught within the web of their schedules and yet, they always find a way to provide beyond excellent service, communicate with honesty and provide me the comfort I need in allowing my vehicle to be at the hands of another. You, Midas, continue to prove to me why I book my mechanical needs for Midas. Even now I never dabbled with Customer Survey reviews, yet here I am, taking my time to do this one, wanting to tell to all and any that as a customer, a person of perspective, that I have no complaints, never have, and feel I never will. Thank you, for everything you have done and all you have. Midas continues and I believe will continue, to be a reason to be favored. Plan ahead for your vehicle, communicate with them, Midas worked with me, and I feel they most definitely will work with you. I called and the associate was super friendly and found the best deal for me! The lobby was clean and the associate was very kind! My appointment was for 9:00 and they got me in at 8:30!
