Overall management is terrific

My family has always received fantastic service from Matt and staff. I would recommend them to everyone for their caring support and straight forward advice.

Matt and his team always do excellent work. The only problem I had this time was that a part was needed and so we had to wait a day to get that in, which was due to no fault of Matt's, but rather part of the supply chain issue that's ongoing since the pandemic.

Even though the shop was super busy, I was able to get an appointment before leaving on a trip. All oil change places were taking appointments for two weeks out. Midas got me in within 3 days.
