manager talked to a friend kidding and joking on the phone while I stood there for 10 minutes.work done was terrible tailpipe was up to high melted my bumper. took car back then tailpipe fell off completly....then he blamed the cars equipment...all through

After 5 days and two thousand dollars the issue wasn't fixed and now we have the added bonus of the car not going over 35 miles
