Midas

Noone has helped me in anyway shape or form. I have used the online estimate for vehicle with no response from the place. 3 days running with no response. Very disappointed with that service.

both times I have had to bring in my company owned vehicle for oil change maintenance, they have always gotten me in right away (first I would call to see if they are busy and they always tell me to just come in). I sit in the lobby and do some computer work and before you know it, it is done. We are part of the Enterprise Fleet program so maybe that is why it is so easy to get done what is needed to get done.

We were told by a competitor that the oil cap was too tight and cracked. They showed us a broken part and refused to change the oil. When we brought the car, Midas found zero issues and in fact showed us the part they lied about. I appreciate the honesty!
