We arrived in Perrysburg by car for a 50th BDay celebration for our daughter. We drove 450 miles in our 2014 Jeep and used the AC for most of the trip. The AC essentially stopped working after we arrived. Since it was a holiday weekend we noted that most auto service shops were closed. From Perrysburg we were traveling 500 miles to Tennessee where it is hot and humid. My son-in-law recommended Midas in Perrysburg because of the online scheduling. I completed the form online and received a reply back within 2 hrs that my appointment was confirmed for the next morning. On arrival, I explained the issue and agreed c a diagnostic service which pinpointed the issue as a defective blower motor. I was given an estimate and agreed. The service was completed and the AC worked flawlessly during my 10 hr drive to TN. MIDAS Perrysburg did a great job at a reasonable cost. I appreciated the competent work, the reasonable cost and the expedient service.

I feel like I got swindled and the service techs weren?t as knowledgeable as other places I?ve used. I was quoted $300 on the phone for replacing the front brakes and rotors and $25 for putting a tire on a rim (I brought both with me). I was re-quoted $333

I HAD A OIL CHANGE NOV 1 AFTER I HAD IT CHANGE I KEEP SMELLING A OIL SMELL I KEPT DRIVING IT IT REALLY GOT BAD AND LEAKING I TOOK IT TO A REPAIR SHOP THEY CHECKED IT THE OIL FILTER WAS LOOSE ABOUT TO FALL OFF HAD IT FIXED NEVER GO BACK TO MIDASS AGAIN

I had my oil and lube right before my alignment and I told them I just rebuilt the front end of my yukon so grease everything. After I got home I looked under my truck and saw that nothing has been greased and my alignment wasn't right. They said they did

both times I have had to bring in my company owned vehicle for oil change maintenance, they have always gotten me in right away (first I would call to see if they are busy and they always tell me to just come in). I sit in the lobby and do some computer work and before you know it, it is done.
